Serving in our restaurant
It is important for us to serve the prepared meals to our guests as quickly as possible to provide the perfect experience. We coordinate the preparation time of each dish on a table-by-table basis, however, we cannot guarantee that it will be served in full synchronization in all cases.
It might happen that pizzas and main courses requiring complex technology will not be served at exactly the same time to your table. This depends, among other things, on the current occupancy of the restaurant and the given kitchen department (oven, grill kitchen, large kitchen), the size of the table, individual needs and the complexity of the order. We know that by keeping the prepared food warm we could serve all dishes at the same time even for a large table, but this would be a compromise in terms of quality, so we prefer not use this solution.
If you require serving each dish on a certain timing, please let your waiter or waitress know in advance and discuss the options. If there is a person in your company who only ordered dessert which can be served immediately, or if a guest joins your company later and does not want the food to be prepared too early, please inform the staff serving you for smooth service.
